Educational Aid

Cropmarx specializes in Educational Aid design. Working with children as well as working with trainers gives a diverse view of design aspects and issues on either side of the education system. When designing for a project, we take due care to address both these sides to make the product/solution valuable. Our education solutions include storybooks, activity books, educational books, flash cards, educational games and a lot more…

Process Makes Project Successful

1. Project Vision – Why? What? How?

Based on initial brief or inputs provided by customer, we study, research and understand subject of the project. We love to freely discuss challenges, limitations and scope of expansion/exploration for any project. We love to collaborate on projects rather than just being a service provider. We feel we can add value to the project working that way.

2. Objective Break-Down – Milestones

Projects, small or big, need to be scheduled for goals and objectives. We do this by listing out objectives and actions associated. Every action point is a milestone set up with a desired result. Time and work log sheets are prepared to maintain project progress information. Shared on GDrive for common access across our and customer teams.

3. Research and Ideation

A big part of our creative process is to ideate. Our team knows that creative work can be enhanced and improved through domain research, brainstorming and exploration of concepts. We encourage our customers to join us in these sessions to share their views and ideas. Results of this approach have been amazing…

4. On the Job – Execution

Once the plan and schedule is in place, the technicians and artists take over. They bring out concepts and ideas to life through their drawings, graphics and software. Since, its well planned execution, quality is never an issue. Creative auditors ensure a tab on fine aspects of project quality are maintained while execution supervisors track milestones and schedule completions.

5. Deliver The Goods…

With a planned schedule, there is little room for delays or quality issues. We believe in on-time and quality delivery. All deliverables are dispatched after final approval in defined format. Complete copyright information along with NDA items are delivered as part of project completion report.

6. Need Help After Delivery Of Project?

We understand that project scope changes and dynamics are part of our ever changing professional world today. We are always available should you need our support or help. This could include coordinating with a printing associate, or changing color specs to match print quality, technical corrections if any.
